At K&T Construction Co., Inc. we take safety very seriously. We go the extra mile every day to provide a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, and clients. We partner with ESC Safety Consultants on all construction projects to provide additional support and accountability for all safety efforts.
Our partnership with ESC includes:
- On-site OSHA compliance inspections
- Routine comprehensive site safety assessments and implementation of corrective measures
- Review and creation of safety programs
- Review of subcontractors with regular feedback to jobsite superintendents and K&T management
- Safety Trainings and Certifications upon request
- Pre-construction services
- Accident investigation & reporting
K&T Construction Co., Inc. Safety Policies Include:
- Drug testing for all new employees
- Random drug testing
- Safety orientation training and fall protection
- Other training as required [various certifications] including, but not limited to: CPR, First Aid, Scaffolding, Extended Boom Lift, Man Lift, Scissor Lift, etc.
- Weekly safety meetings with job superintendent at jobsite
- Monthly safety meetings with all employees at K&T office
- Jobsite safety audits conducted by Safety Consultant
